~~~how can get high PR?my website are no traffic,everyday 6 IPs

    Build more backlinks. especially the high PR,good quality and Related sites.
    it doesn't matter how much traffic you got but it counts from how many backlinks you got for higher PR. good luck.

    Buy High PR links. If you can't afford high PR then buy moderate PR links. Need to use money to make money.

    Stick to on page optimization first, then move to off page optimization. Do not rely on PR as this is an unreliable measurement of your site.
