    There is an option when you set up a new sitemap url where you can choose to verify using a meta tag. You then put the provided meta tag in the <head> section of your template.

    I think what he wants to know is not how to add the site but how to make the sitemap, since Blogger doesn't allow direct access to the webspace, for uploading the sitemap.
