    Well he is right. You will need a database full of different insurance information in it.

    EDIT: And its againts the rules to bump threads.

    Understand that the only reason why I said what I said is because he has 20 posts and the information provided is useless. I already know what I need, I posted a question of who could do it.

    What I Need: A lead capture form with the same information to be used in several sites.
