How can display the different Title & Meta Description?

    I have a website and providing services in India and USA as well.

    Ex of websites:
    India - http://www.example.com/
    USA - http://www.example.com/us

    I have written the different title & Meta description for different pages (India Index, USA Index)
    The Problem is, the title & Meta description of USA Index page is reflects on title & Meta description of INDIA Index page in Google.

    How can I display the different title & Meta description for various GEO locations?
