How Can Create Form To Capture Visitors' Email On BLOGGER?

    Hello,

    I want to ask if it's possible for me to add (or create) a form on my blog (I am using Blogger) so that visitors can enter their email and addresses into my databases.

    Probably the easiest thing to do it set up an email subscription using FeedBurner or similar. They enter their email address on a box which you place on your page. The email details can be viewed in your account in FeedBurner.

    Thanks. Can you give me names of other services like the feedburner? I also want to know if the email and addresses is something I will a total control on - if it will BELONG TO ME.

    I want the sort of database that I can regularly communicate with and send newsletters...

    Can someone else add more points please
