How can I check Google penalty with out web master ? when search Google a URL then show my URL 3rd position,but its must be show 1st position. But other search engines like yahoo and Bing is OK and three keywords are 2nd position both yahoo and bing but these keywords are out of Google. How can solve the problem?
pretty sure you cant check, you really can just base on how high you are in relevant keywords on google.
If your URL is showing on Google then it doesn't penalized. Try to build high pr backlinks of that relevant webpage and target visitors to that page too.
