I don't think you can change your name in your Google Adsense account. You should've placed the correct name the first time you applied for an account. Maybe you can try to write Google regarding this issue. Google has been very cautious about applicants from Asia because they have experienced frauds in the past. Anyway, good luck to you man.

I had have 4 account google adsense but now i just use 1 account google adsense and I want to sell 3 account google adsense remaining...! now please help for let me know : Where i can write or send email complaints to google for change my name on account ? you are not allowed to change the payee name since you are from Vietnam what you can do is cancel the account and apply for the new account http://support.google.com/adsense/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=160202
