could the targeting be off because of the links at the top of the page? have you tried section targeting?
You have no keywords on http://www.timlua.com/websitedirectory/ index.. but on the page http://www.timlua.com/websitedirectory/seo/ you have you have Seo (Search Engine Optimisation) as keywords and you are getting SEO related ads.. Try adding keywords to your index page..
