how ca i make adsense account???

    i tried to make adsense account but they are telling me that the postal code is not right,i am in dubai,UAE.So what i can do in this??please help me to get that account..

    email google about your problem
    or signup over a european friends postal address and then change address when accepted

    another question.. if ever my application got rejected.. how long I can re apply my new application?.. is it possible that right after got rejected I can apply again?.. thanks!

    yes, try not with your local google,
    set your browser language to english and apply at USA-google. they tend to accept your quicker and easier.
