How blogtoprofit.com works. Need help

    I have signed up for blogtoprofit.com
    my blog get approved and i get some opportunities but their interface is confusing me.

    Can anybody who have experience can help me to find out how it work.
    What i have to do.
    I am using sponsoredreviews.com now.
