No other search engine is gonna "kill" Google. Unless of course Microsoft takes drastic measures and bombs the GooglePlex leaving Bing the only search engine to go on.

Hey, you never know. Microsoft has done some crazy things...

Do you use Google "only becaue" it is the default on Firefox? Because MS set the Default on IE to MSN and that is the first thing I change on a fresh install, Set homepage to Google.

Bing will never compete with Google.

Bing is my second alternative right now next to Google especially when I'm trying to search for images. (Bing is alot better at searching images compared to Google imo). Also, I'm not sure if it's just me, sometimes Google search just hangs for me *sometimes* especially if I'm searching for images.

However, I doubt Bing can replace Google anytime soon. Perhaps the best chance for them to overtake Google is to target newer generations. (For example, imagine Windows 8 having a "tutorial" application teaching kids how to use the computers and how to browse internet through the use of bing and most likely elementary schools will teach their little kiddies using this tutorial that comes along with Windows 8) - That might work eventually. :x

Bing...and google won't compete with each other.

It may be some assumption...nothing more than that..

Let's face it, Google is Chuck Norris: it can't be killed.

All Google has to do is create a BETA competitor, call is Bung, and it'll most likely have more success in one day than Bing has since it started. While I may sound harsh, I must say that Bing is the closest thing to give Google some competition

What do I think? I think bing is a fad whos time is in the spotlight is limited.

There is no way bing is going to kill or take over google. The people at google have built an empire of sites. When you say "google" - your really talking about a community of sites. which include youtube, blogspot, webmaster tools,,,, and a lot of other pages and sites.

bing, msn, yahoo,,, whatever - they have a long, long way to go before they are going to catch up with google.

bing can kill google very slowly, depends on what technology/algorithm they addapted in their new servers

i wanted to sign up on advertising program, but they dont provide suport for Romania, maybe they will soon!

nice interface, here bing is faster than google when i search, bing servers respond faster on querys
