it is totaly a ripped site. to be honest the site is not so difficult to do and anybody with some experience can do it. maybe the site is done on a freelance website
I design websites myself. You get lots of inspiration on other peoples work. But to copy it directly is not desinging!
The crazy thing about copyright law is that theoretically it is supposed to protect the expression of ideas not the underlying ideas but it actually ends up protecting the idea. A lot of copyright battles are about house plans.
