How best to recruit affiliates?

    Hi there,

    I am launching an info product soon related to weight loss.

    I am looking to recruit as many affiliates as possible.

    Can anybody give me some tips about the best way to go about recruiting affiliates.

    Offer them something...bonuses, increased commission percentages for all affiliates that sign up by xx/xx/xx date (which can be reduced to normal levels after 3/6/9/12 months, or never...), increased commissions after x number of sales per month, etc. You have to entice them a bit.

    Of course if you are asking how affiliates are going to find you/your product at all, that's a bit harder... Are you going through a network with your affiliate program?

    I guess I was asking what the most effective methods are to actually find and recruit affiliates?

    Thinking of going through a network.
