I'll probably be riding a full idiots guide to proxies soonish (and release it for free), but here is a few pointers to earn some money from proxies.

How Best to Earn Money from Proxies

    1. Adsense
The obvious choice. Place a couple of Large/Medium Rectangle units about the text box (where users input the URL) and a 468x60 banner above the submit button. Make sure the ads blend in with the site, and definitely have a couple of small paragraphs with keyword-rich sentences to get more relevant ads.
Keywords relating to security, privacy, and hide ip always worked well for me.
    2. Adversal (Sign Up Now!)
This works great on proxified pages, and is a surefire way to get some extra revenue, especially from those people who seemingly browse thousands of pages! One of my favorite ad networks, and a must use for proxy owners.
    3. Dedicated Servers
Definitely use a dedicated server - you seriously need a fast proxy, otherwise people will get sick of long wait times and leave! Dedicated servers offer great speeds, so definitely fork out the initial investment for one. Servint and Soft Layer are both very good companies for this.
    4. Volume
Start forming a network straight away - proxies work great in conjunction with each other. You need volume, otherwise once one proxy is blocked by networks, you're out of lucky! If you start making 2-3 proxies a week you'll always be ahead of the game and ready to earn big.
Consider interlinking your proxies, but not all of them, as networks may then be able to block all your sites in one swoop! Consider starting multiple proxy networks if you're feeling up to it.
Volume is definitely key when making proxies.
    5. Get into all topsites
Just submit like crazy, or pay someone to if you're lazy. Great way to get backlinks, traffic, and can lead to earning potential!
Just a few quick tips. :)
