How are you hyperlink the keywords?

you always use only two links in article one hyperlink with home page and other link with landing page.

Using the same keyword and same target wouldn't be fair for building back links. It will suffer both the link and the site where the link is coming from.

Better use different keywords will be much safer in maintaining the keyword diversity and as well as keyword density of the site.

In blog and articles you should provide one link for keyword and one for your last post.

 

Never create hyperlink in body section there is author bio section and that one can be used to hyper link while submitting article it will make your article look natural. However, you can create a hyperlink in body section if author bio is not provided. As far as blog post is considered you can create 2 hyperlinks in one post.

 

Most websites where you post these would consider as spam.
however Google will see them as keywords.
