How are you brushing your teeth?

    Most of us brushing our teeth twice a day with a toothpaste. I am also brushing twice a day with ADA-accepted fluoride toothpaste. I am always brushing my teeth after holding my toothbrush comfortably at about a 45 degree angle using just a pea size amount of toothpaste.

    Then, show your pearly whites to be proud of!

    I always use a BDA recommended fluoride and bicarbonate based toothpaste. A 1.5 mL deposit of paste is carefully applied to my brush which is then oscillated at about 100 Hz over my pearly white gnashers. After 3 minutes of said oscillation in a uniform manner over the entire tooth area I then rinse with 100 mL of tap water.

    Ever considered you need to get out more kittyluver?
