    Yes you can say that. Basically what they are doing is streaming live video. For example connect your TV with your PC. Now make it stream on the server and if the users know your IP Address they can see that channel.

    And if the police know the IP you can potentially be arrested too :)

    Illegal in some country, but LEGAL in some country too ;-)

    Even my country govt. does not care about Internet stuff, so surely sometime (when i have good b/w) i do stream my dish line :D

    Unless you have a license from the copyright owners then of cause it is (in the vast majority of countries).

    There are a small minority where their copyright laws are very lax (eg Russia) and plenty more where the officials have more important issues to deal with than piracy of copyrighted material and so whilst illegal they will rarely enforce. Now if Fox hands them all the details on a plate with a nice cheque under the plate they may suddenly decide to crack down ;)

    All dynamic content on the internet is created by some programming language.. so yes a script ;)

    How are they doing this?:confused:
    Well how i would do this:
    1* all videos need to be stored somewhere
    2* all video info (url, etc) is stored in a database
    3* the script checks the database and outputs the results.
    theres way more programming behind it but lets keep it simple :)

    Maybe the owner of that site can provide you with a script to display the videos on your site. but thats something you got to discuses together ;)
