How are these designs made?

    If you look at the following link http://fashion.dior.com/dior.html, you see that the Dior logo has same flowe/plant like drawings around it.

    I have see it on serveral website. How is this made?

    Flash movie is what it is if thats what you mean.

    How they made it in Flash I dont know my Flash skills suck and my design skills suck even more.

    I understand that it is flash. I have seen many sites do it, but don't know what the exact name of such design style is.

    I was hoping that there is a pluggin for effects such as these
