How are such kind of Ads Possible?

    Google will disapprove it very soon. You can see such crazy ads sometimes, but usually you won't be able to find them the next day.

    takes about a week or less usually for Google to notice.

    but for me it is not at all possible to create such ads through my account ... how come these people create those at least

    by the way the ad is still live

    it will be out very soon... even if you make a crazy ad...it can come up for short duration will be soon disapproved..
