How are Servers and Read Timed Outs related?

    Just talked to my Dreamhost Rep, and they are moving my site to a different server?

    I'm a novice on Server management, so how does this correct the problem?

    What are the steps that a server takes to load your pages?

    Apache loads your pages :) and if it's php based page then php loads aswell ;)
