nope neither, schools/offices and such places look at the logs and see where there employees/students are visiting often... once the proxy is found it is banned plain and simple... hence why so many proxies are banned everyday... hence why so many people have them The life expectancy of a proxy is not that long maybe only a few months, however, on occassions it may never get noticed at all

Block by: Keywords Title Category Custom Description Wildcards Extensions So never use proxy in the domain, don't mention proxy, anonymous, web surfing, safer browsing, etc. To get around, put something like a random site with I like Cheese as the title and a picture of cheese with a Go for Cheese button to disguise the proxy submitter, also change the ?new_url or whatever to something like ?cheese_hunt=blahblah20325blabh20 The filter is only as dumb as you make it
