Hey, I have a blog I started that is getting some pretty good attention, and I was wondering if you could tell me if my ads are optimal? http://www.eliteforex.blogspot.com/ Now, I have a pic ad right at the top I like, but my other two ads are after the 1st and second post. Now, I am afraid they might be the best. What I was thinking was to get rid of the "prvious posts" because I have a scroll down at the top, and still the vertical ads (Skyscraper (120x600) along the side? What do you think? Thanks and take care, -Kastro
Have you considered using post excerpts? Tease with the first paragraph and have the visitor click on a link to read the rest of the article? You might be able to convert more if you have single article pages with ads at the top and bottom, instead of crowding them up on the front page. Just a thought.
Found this on Blogger's Help page: http://help.blogger.com/bin/answer.py?answer=898 I don't use Blogger myself, so I can't offer any steps. The FAQ, from what I've scanned, looks pretty easy, though.
