    Google is not rejecting your site because you are applying from Pakistan. Google is rejecting your site because it does not satisfy the requirements. DO NOT submit your application again and again until you are fixing the problems. If you keep submitting application again and again then Google will start dropping your application and even if you fix the problems it will drop your application again.
