How an Expired Domain Name could be found as and when it is expired?

Please suggest if the softwares and scripts that are available which bloats that domain names as and when expired can be found out and purchased? Coz, Usually I think there is dead line after the expiry before which we cannot purchase.

I have had a special automated script developed showing all deleting domains on a daily basis.

There are often more than 60 000 domain names deleting per day.
