How Am I to report a fraudulent activity?

    How am I to report someone who is trying to sell a unworthy content claiming it to be good just to trick Newbies!! Can something be done or Its left to the individual to be alert?:)

    On the Internet, whatever you buy it is Caveat Emptor. What is unworthy? How do you define unworthy? What is the measurement for unworthiness? It is up to the individual to decide if what he or she is buying is worthy or not. If there is a willing seller and a willing buyer, I do not see anything fraudulent with the transaction.
