How am I supposed to verify my paypal account with a VCC?

    Are you from the US ? If you are from the US then you can only verify using a bank account.

    1 step: enter your card details (16 digits, CVS2, expiry)
    2 step: get the expanded n° from the VCC seller and give it to paypal
    3 step: enjoy

    For US, UK, Aus & Canada you must add your respective bank a/c & the micro deposits made by the PayPal to your bank a/c in order to verify. If you are from any of these countries you can't verify your PP using VCCs. However you can lift your sending limit with VCCs, but it is always risky to use an unverified PP a/c, not only for you but also for your seller, who will accept fund from your unverified a/c.

    Make an "india" account, i know they let your verify with use a cc or a VCC.

    You can´t verify it using a VCC: you can buy a "bank account" for verification from user Storeskin.

    I don't think it is a wise idea. PayPal checks IP address & they will find you using an Indian (or any other country) PayPal from Canada they will limit your a/c & may ask you to verify your location. It's better get a valid Canadian bank a/c or get one virtual bank from B/S/T section.
