Is it enough just clicking on ads? One of my friend said, that visitor need to do an action on the website he arrived (Ex: Register on that site, buy a product from that site, etc).....?

Adsense basically pay per click but some of the ads is still pay by impression
Normally people just ignore the CPM since adsense pay more in CPC

Google will pay you for both ads click and visitors hits.

    2.
that visitor need to do an action on the website he arrived (Ex: Register on that site, buy a product from that site, etc)
This not applicable for adsense, its applicable affiliate

Nope. Adsense is not a CPA network. Basically it is a PPC network. You will earn from the clicks generated by your sites' visitors.

There are different types of campaigns. CPM based on impressions and based on clicks. Adsense might run combinations of these campaigns in your site. So, some campaigns requires user to click to earn money, while others are based on number of impressions. In both cases, traffic can make you earn more money, since more users are willing to click (increase the CTR) and more ads are delivered (more impressions)

yup you just need the clicks. CPA is when people click on banners in order to then fill out some form. (or to make a purchase)

Basically it's the cost per click on your Adsense ads, but sometimes the earnings are higher if a user clicked an ad, then proceed to what the form is (either they bought an item or registered something)

Google Adsense pays cents and it is very hard to attract traffic to blog to earn money, well, I'm learning Internet Marketing to increase traffic. Some said that I need to increase traffic by joining Facebook, well, I will find out.

Most of the adsense ads are based on CPC. So you'll be paid for each and every click. And some advertisers pay more when conversion occurs (it's not publicly said but my self had a experiment on this).
