I have registered some domain by wrong spelling , such as award.com --> avvard.com

This domain will have problem about trademark from award.com or not?

Or other sample such as apple.com ,can I register other domain such as appleeeeee.com with doing different content and register trademark of my appleeeeeee.com or not?

Or windows.com and vvindows.com (Have any problem for trademark?)

I have ever known that gmail can't use in German and England because problem of trademark and have to change "gmail" to "google email" instead.

Thank you for replies and sorry for my grammar.

You probably have no problem with avvard.com - the word award is generic and I don't think it is a trademarked term you need to worry about. You can use Appleeeeeee.com without a problem as long as it is not about apple computers. You might even be able to make it about Apple since it is so misspelled, it is unlikely to cause confusion - but I would not do it.

vvindows.com poses the biggest problem because is an obvious attempt to play on windows. If you have the site anything to do with windows it would be a problem.

In fact, posting this very thread and using the exact domains shows that you are at the very least aware of the potential for confusion.

Great advice from the Brownster, as per. Commonsense prevails, as you already seem to understand.

Just to make it clear to the readers of this thread; domain names often fall under Trademark law in the U.S. The basic concern in trademark law is wheher there will be confusion in the mind of the consumer as to the origin of goods.

verifypaypal.net is requested to resolve trademark issue .
but in the homepage it is clearly writtened and mentioned : " verifypaypal.net is in no way affiliated, sponsored or in any way the property of or responsibility of Paypal Inc or Ebay Inc. paypal is a trademark of PayPal Inc.& Ebay Inc. "
so does it still infirgrinate trademark ???
also in terms and disclaimer it is written .. what is the legal point of this case resolving ??
