How about stick a post for the newbie?

    Suggestion for the moderator:

    How about stick a post for the newbie regarding the what can do and what should not do in CJ on the top of this forum?

    There are thousands of posts here, it is pretty hard for the newbie to find what they should know to avoid be banned by CJ.
