    Nice theme and congrats on having a PR 3 website :).

    One thing you could change is that big image on top of the screen but if you want to leave it, it's OK.

    Maybe you should change the menu headers
    to more simple look, e.g without the white gradient inside.
    Plus the header image must be higher quality.
