    HI,
Are you satisfied with the backlink you are getting from the name field(blog posting)? What do you think about it ?

    Yeah, of course!
Name field is the only way to get backlinks from blog commenting. Because blogs won't allow you to post links in comments, all you can do, is putting link behind your name. But clicking frequency depends on the profile name you used!

It is actually beneficial for keyword diversity and yes, it is also a good source of getting backlinks for your website, if you blog post on your niche or relevant site.

as long the website has similar niche with your site, using do-follow backlink or comment-luv, it will be good to do

It is beneficial whether it is do follow or no follow..links from high pr sites always helpful..But while commenting on blog try to use your name..Google have suggested to use real name while commenting on blogs..

People, stop posting spammy blog comments, you are wasting your time, and it's an insult to your intelligence. It's 2013.

Yes that is the right way to get back links. If you are looking for High PR dofollow links then it becomes difficult as most of the blogs have nofollow comments. You can refer to the blogs listed here for dofollow back links - http://justclickin.com/high-pr-dofollow-blogs-list/. I hope this helps.
    Cheers
