    you can do it yourself, there is software on the internet to do 100 blogs in a few hours.

    It doesn't do much good and isn't worth your time. Your time is better spent having a handful of blogs with actual unique content with a high keyword density for the things you want to rank for. Hire content writers for the blogs and churn out new posts every day or so.

    Basic linkwheels don't have much effect nowadays. Your wheel should be plan very well avoid any reciprocal on the wheel, must have unique articles on each blog, feed them some link juice, be conscious enough with keyword prominence and placement of anchor text.
