How about disabling PM for users withour any posts ?

    Every now and then people get SPAMMED by PM. This is almost always done by "members" that show no activity in the forum. My suggestion is to disable PM's for users without any posts. This will probably keep the most notorious spammers out. As a second measure there should be a PM limit for users with low forum activity so sending out bulk unsollicited PMs is impossible.
