How About Chitika ??!!!

iam using adsense from long time .. iam hear about Chitika and i hear it pays more than adsens .. can you tell me what's the average and max and min cost per click ??

what's the traffic which it need ?

why you say that ???

 

I'm the (almost brand new) marketing director at Chitika, and can give you a quick overview:
We serve ads based on search traffic - if your site gets a lot of hits via search engines (from US/Canada), you'll generally see a nice bump in revenue by adding Chitika. Since our ads only show to search engine traffic, you're usually better off adding us to AdSense rather than replacing them - that way, when people come to your site via search, they'll get ads targeted directly to the keyword they searched for, and when they come to your site via other methods, our ads don't show and Google's contextual ads are there.

What you end up seeing is, while the Chitika ads don't show as often, they tend to have a better CTR due to better targeting. You can check out testimonials at chitika.com to see how some people have improved revenues with Chitika. Also, if you go into our blog, there's quite a few articles on how best to optimize the advertising on your site (with Chitika or without... generally with though )

And if you've got questions, let me know - I troll the forums here a bit.

Finally, I can assure you... Chitika is not a dead website. We're very much alive and kicking, and trying to be innovative and non-invasive with our ads. Vebtools, I'd love the chance to change your mind about Chitika. If you want, post up what you don't like about us - I'll probably end up disagreeing with half and taking the other half to our techs to see how we can fix it. We're certainly not perfect, but we do want to know what people dislike so we can evolve.

I applied Chitika last week (monday) but still there is no response!

This is very nice to hear. There are lots of people trying to JUST advertise their site but you are trying to help and give information's, this is very positive for Chitika and I hope other people could see that too

 

mustaineoz, I checked with Ryan and your site was approved - did you get an approval email at the addy you used to sign up? It might have gone to spam... if not PM me and I'll get it fixed for you.

In my experience Chitika does not pay even half of what Adsense pays. However, they have a much higher CTR.

 

They are a nice compliment to Adsense. I'm happy with the quality of their service and the revenue. I've been running them on sites for about 4 months now. Get paid like clockwork

In their defense, Chitika earnings have more than doubled in the past 2 months. I've seen my earnings per click double within the same niche, with no obvious changes in my site or in the marketplace in general. Go Chitika, looking to grow more sites with you.

 

adbrite is best for me now...i dunno what's in future..

 

it was directed by Zhangym whom I didnt like at all. every movie of him is commercial and not interesting. I get enough with that how can China give him the right to directe the big game???

I think it's best that you split test them on your websites and see which one works better for you.
