    There's a lot of successful photo blogs out there, so it's doable. It might be a little tougher in terms of seo, so you'll want to make sure to use ALT tags, etc. for your images. I'd recommend putting in meta keywords in each post as well to at least give some of the search engines an idea of what it's about it.

    The Adsense bot needs to be able to crawl something to return relevant ads. Otherwise you will get untargeted low paying general ads.

    I recently came across a blog called Engrish.com
    It's mainly photos with a few words.

    They use google ads in rss feed, but doesn't seem to be using adsense on their website.
    You should look at what they do.

    I don't even see alt tags for their images. But you should always use alt tags.

    more content will bring more traffic from search engines. Only images may not bring enough traffic.
