in this space i'd like to discuss how is google ads with you these hard days. for me, i still notice decrease in my earnings and in the click value than before. what about you? is it inceasing or decreasing?
I know I am old why do you have it so large i still can read. Google for most have been declining in the past several months for myself and other's. Just hope things with adsense will change around now that msn has gotten into the game.
I have been slowly removing my adsense. They went from paying fairly well to only paying pennies. But it seems that my adwords costs are not going down....
I haven't checked since March. I'm too scared to see my earnings after people saying CPM has declined across the board since April 1st.
I think if you are so paranoid... you should check it more often. If not, one fine morning when you view and learn that the same type of ad clicks that paid you about a dollar now only pay 6 cents you're gonna have a brain freeeze j/k
For me, eCPM has gone down almost 50%. I am not sure why, may be because of the recession My earnings have decreased almost 50%.
if it makes you feel any better i am making about 50% more at both www.shareyourexpertise.com and www.studentloanrelief.org
dont ask bro , its changing there was a time when i was getting $0.50 per click and these days $0.01 / click
Are you serious? You really don't know? I am trying to understand this current phenomonom whereby Indians with terrible grammar are trying so desparately to paint a rosey picture of AdSense and how great earnings are when everyone else in the world knows that it is down by up to 50%. Can anyone explain? Do they think that Big G is watching and will ban them if they criticize AdSense?
AdSense is still doing pretty well for me. I've realized, though, that there are just some topics that do better than others. So it's not just the traffic to the site: traffic obviously helps, but if the page where your Adsense is place is on a topic that doesn't have many advertisers or if there's not much competition for the topic then you're not going to get a lot of higher dollar clicks.
They were discussing that in the YPN forum and everyone to a man said no. I am keeping them on the back burner though in case I decide to give up on AdSense to send a (tiny, tiny) message to Google.
As it goes, it always that way with Google and hopefully they will change soon. But the economic hard times could be one the factors affecting your clicks and payout. Shelly77
I'm a Canadian publisher, and I can honestly say that my earnings and eCPM has improved steadily over the last 6 months. Just a personal note, I stopped worrying about what my clicks were paying 6 months ago and concentrated on building a better website for my visitors. Stop thinking about money, allow the money to be the by-product of your work and it will pay off.
