How a Search Engine differentiates two keywords?

Hey all....

Can you suggest if the search engine takes the following keywords as same or different?

"sell second hand goods" & "selling second hand goods"
"Buying Selling Property" & "Selling and Buying Property"

I guess search engine doesn't take 'and', 'to', 'from','ing' etc in account and considers it as same....

What do you think...??

search in google you can get different result

 

u will get the different results in both case .....it means ...google act differently on both keywords.....

 

They are not the same and as such will be considered by Google as being different.

 

They are considered different. However, long-tailed keywords (eg sell second hand goods and selling second hand goods) include "second hand goods".
so if you target sell second hand goods, and the readers search for second hand goods, the search engine may display the website in the search result.

 

in first case, they are the not the same.. there is a difference between sell and selling and in 2nd case they are not the same because buying is coming at first place in first keyword and 2nd place in the other keyword ...
