How 301 redirect affects link popularity to the new url ?

Any ideas about what's the worse that could happen if i redirect a Google PakeRank 0 Site(mermin-auto.ro) to a Page Rank 3(www.mermin.ro) site ?

None of them have to many visitors either, but still www.mermin.ro is the one doing better and that's the one where i chose to place the store + it is older.

if you make a 301 to pr0 site to pr3 site then all the pr juice, trust build for pr0 site will be transferred to pr3 site. its a good idea to keep the pr3 site up
