    erm most of the scripts got list like that installed with it all dippends what the list is for specialy if it's user list

    In what format is that list?

    Is it a text file, database (Mysql,MSSQL or other), because you need a script to do that.

    In what language you want that script to be made? ASPX, PHP or javascript.

    Some more details will help to be able to help you.
