Hovering, scrolling, countdown popover with call to action?

I am trying very hard to identify exactly what the element I am trying to describe is. But here is my best shot.

I am looking to create a countdown timer that attaches to the right side of the page and scrolls with the page. I need it to have a daily countdown timer with a call to action.

I have a great example of what I'm looking for here:

Is there a wordpress plugin that can achieve this?

Any other ideas will be helpful too.

    Thanks in advance.

    Nate

P.S. this is my first post here and I'm happy to join the community.

Competent123: That is good for the countdown part, but what about the scrolling, hovering, popover part?

The scrolling, hovering, popover part could be handled with JQuery or JavaScript. Here's a link to the scrolling part that I think you're trying to accomplish: http://stickyjs.com/. As far as the other things you're looking for, I'm sure there are plugins for that as well, but I don't know of any right off bat. Hope this helps.

Better yet, you could just use an absolute positioning in CSS to make the countdown timer stay in the same place on the page.

bwagnerjr: Thank you. It seems that the keyword "Sticky Jquery Wordpress" was what I was looking for.
