Hover Layer Code

Hey everyone.

I'm looking for some resource that would create a div/layer (on load) that would follow the person as he goes up/down the page.

Kind of like this (bottom right after loading), but without the motion (should only change location).

One with a couple different examples would be even better

I found this link, they have an example and the code listed here. It also gives you the code to have it flot either top, bottom, left, or right.

 

Thanks. That one is still moving though - I don't want to annoy people with moving buttons
