Hover effect

    At http://www.wpelements.com/ he has an awesome effect, mouse over any of the images, or the links in the "tips and links" section and you'll see what I mean. Anyone know how to do that? I'd like to incorporate it into a Wordpress blog.

    Thanks, I tried it out and it looks really nice. Right now I'm just using "tips" because I didn't really see a useful implementation for any of the others. Any ideas?

    Mootools do tons of cool things, like drag and drop, image effects, etc. Kind of depends on what you want to do.
