House M.D. Forum for Sale - Inexpensive

When I first started in the internet business, I started a few forums. Recently, I've been selling them and getting away from the forum business. It's fun, but I have fallen in love with the article business and niche sites of that nature. Therefore, I have to sell my favorite site. House M.D. is Fox's hit series that has become known worldwide. At the end of season two, they had NINETEEN million viewers and that continues to go up.

There are three things included in this sale:

1. The domain which is expected to go to PR3 on the next update.
2. The actual site. I will let you upload the databases and all of that.
3. A myspace account with about 350 friends ALL from House M.D. groups. When ever I post a bulletin there, traffic surges. I have joined a series of groups and you just need to keep adding friends and you'll definitely see an improvement in site stats.

The only moderator on the site is this young woman named Rita. She is an exceptional moderator and has helped me with a lot of the site's growth. You don't have to keep her, but I highly recommend her. This site has no revenue. There are a few link exchanges, but you are more than welcome to remove those if you feel the need to. They were just friends of mine and they will understand if you wish to remove those to add your own links for sale.

I have spent many long days adding the site to different directories and I have purchased links on high PR's hoping to get the PR up, so I'm hoping to see that increase for you. Although there is no revenue, the stats are okay. They are not exceptional, but they do reflect the show's success.



In October, there was the World Series and that had a negative impact on the site. Now that the show has started airing again, the site is expected to flourish as well. The site is run on phpbb and has a very easy to read theme. I kept it blue in the hopes of keeping that 'medical' look to it.

The site's worth is based on potential. Hugh Laurie, the actor that plays House has gained a lot of fame and the show has become a hit. The site could see a lot of growth and with the right care, could grow very fast and very large.

You obviously want to see the domain, so...Have at it.

It might be a slighty higher BIN, but I know that the site has the potential for a lot of success. I know potential doesn't always merit a lot, but Hugh Laurie has agreed for another two seasons after this season, so that's another two years before he has to resign his contract. Expect to see House around for a long time.

Purely volunteer. I don't believe in paying Mods. Maybe giving them holiday presents, but I look for volunteers. They usually are more passionate about their job.
