    Hi,

Just seen the news that a Chicago woman has won an online bid to acquire a home in Michigan for just $1.75. I think this is the sequel of housing mortgage crisis gripping in U.S.

    See the news in Detail...

I read that already on another thread she had to pay 800.00 in back taxes for it. Still a steal at that price.

It is incredable that I am rich enough to buy a house in US.
Are there any similar auctions ?

At $1.75 I doubt the seller would actually honor the bid.. or maybe I am wrong :D
