    Hi
Somebody is doing a seo for me per hour basis. The person works around 25 hrs per week. this includes posting, forums, social bookmarking linke building etc. inshort I am putting 100 hrs per week.

I need to judge my productivity against the time spent. Now I do know it all depends on key words conpetion etc etc. the keywords are pmp, professional certification course and similar

Can anyone pls give advise what traffic should I expect, what ranking chnage etc. I just wnt to make sure Somebody works for 6 months and its not waste. What traffic should I expect for every 100 hrs of effort - 1000 visitors or 5000 visitors per month. I need some benchmark to make sure all hours spent r worth

    The site is a blog.

Paying someone hourly for SEO is an unmitigated waste of time and this stuff(The person works around 25 hrs per week. this includes posting, forums, social bookmarking linke building etc)

is not SEO in the first place. There is no definable metric here. Most professionals will spend hours if not days on one proper link that will outweigh months of what you are currently doing.

I suspect its time to rethink things.

    hope that helps,
    Nigel
