The niche in which you are strong is the hottest niche. Many people go for mesothelioma and loan but they dont no nothing on them. So chose a niche in which you are strong that works
Not all those who fall prey to many of the hottest and high paying niches are successful. Venture in to your passion, never mind even if the niche is low paying...
I agree to his point. I have few bollywood related sites which earn some penny for large no.of clicks.
Someone mentioned about going for the niche that you're most comfortable and knowledgeable about and I totally agree because i cannot imagine a newbie trying to create a cancer/medicine/stocks/loan blog when all these topics are supposed to be written by pros.
Go with what your like to write about, and usualy people get along well with finance and health niche.
write on topic which you like most, hottest niches don't pay that well in long runs. You can try on health though.
This is the best advice on this thread. In the long run, you'll be much better off picking a topic that you can write on extensively. The best SEO is natural link building and you will get the best natural links if you write quality articles on a topic that you know well.
Don't look at insurance. Yes, it pays much but what you can do with that kind of saturated niche? I would suggest you to start with low paying clicks but with no or little competition such as sport (very easy to get the traffic there) and entertainment. (depends on the niche)
