    I'm abit confused westhaven... he's offering the BIN a couple of hours after the end of auction and you are not selling because you are developing it? then why even start the auction originally?

    He has decided not to sell and develop it now.

But why didn't he develop the site initially without making an auction for it, seeing as he is not willing to sell it to someone is willing to meet the BIN amount (even if it is after the auction). I mean, has he suddenly realised that the site might have more potential?

    site is already developed, i will improve it more and do u know the meaning of an auction? When it comes to an End then it would depend on the seller whether to keep it or sell it. When at the end of auction no one made any bid i decided to keep the site. What's wrong in it. Its my site site and i have the right to decide whether to keep it or sale it. Anyways Good luck
