can you not just click the checkbox next to show messages, that should highlight them all, and then click the X (delete) icon which is around somewhere? I hope this is right, sorry if it isn't!
yahoo has a cool feature where you can delete the entire junk box with one click. with hotmail, you need to do that one page at a time. click on the box next to show messages and it will highlight all the messages on that page. then delete. also, i see you are geting all the emails from DP notification. you can actually turn that feature off from your profile and you will not get the emails any more. on your user CP, go under edit options and remove check mark from "Receive Email Notification of New Private Messages" that will take care of the massive emails that you don't want.
If it was me I would delete them one page at a time, then deselect the check boxes of the ones i want to keep.
