hotmail marking emails as junk

    Hi, I've added SPF records and everything. It was working the first day and the emails were going to inbox, but now its going to junk again. What can i do? how can I contact hotmail specifically about this problem?

    normally, spf is the issue. but since you got it already, then you might need to contact them.

    If you have too many mark this as spam from users it will go to the spam folder. Shame on you for spamming! tsk tsk There's also the from address issue, the from name must be different than the email.

    The site is new, so no spamming. The name is the same as the address, ill change it when i get home :D

    just setting up SPF records wont do the job. you need to setup

    1. Reverse IP for your mail server
    2. Domain Keys
