    Hi,

I currently have 7092 unread message in my hotmail account.

How can I mark ALL of them in one go so that I can mark them as "read".

    Look forward to your suggestions!

    Thanks

There is, but I can only view 50 in the panel. Going through them doing it like that will take forever!

I'm sure you'll find someone to do that for mere 3-4$ in Buy/Sell Services section lol :D

The low tech way to do this is:

    1. In Hotmail, open up your most recent unread mail.

    2. Use the "Tab" key to shift to your selection to the "Next message" arrow (the downwards pointing arrow in the panel above the "Reply Reply all Forward" buttons).

    3. Press "Enter", this will bring you to the next message (and thus mark it as unread as well).

    4. If you put a heavy object to keep the "Enter" key pressed down, this will make Hotmail slowly cycle through all your emails.

    5. Go watch TV, since you'll be unable to play your PC for some time.

This is not an ideal solution, but it works for now...

(Also sorry if forum necromancy is not encouranged on these forums, but I had the same problem and could not find a solution online. After "discovering" this primitive method myself, I thought I should post it somewhere just incase it helps someone.)

(This solution has been brought to you by the letters M, S, and hours of slaying Mephisto by shooting him with arrows across the river)
